Pay: Up to $32 per hour
Schedule: 8:30/8:45 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM | Business Casual Environment
LHH is working with a fast-growing, privately held healthcare organization with 160+ locations across NY, NJ, and PA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a long-term temporary role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, detail‑driven AP environment.
About the RoleYou’ll join a supportive finance team to help process a high volume of invoices in a manual AP system. The company uses MS Dynamics integrated with a third‑party AP tool—training provided. This role is fully on‑site and offers long‑term stability within a successful, expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process a large volume of invoices in a manual AP environment
- Maintain and update vendor profiles; ensure accuracy of system data
- Support daily AP functions and collaborate with internal teams
- Utilize basic Excel for tracking and documentation
This role is open to early‑career professionals with some AP exposure OR experienced AP candidates who are comfortable working in less‑automated systems. Ideal traits include:

- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, manual environment
