We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This full‑time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a purpose‑driven, supportive environment where clinicians are valued as leaders in patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for neurological rehabilitation, particularly working with individuals with Parkinson’s disease, along with a desire to make a meaningful impact within the local community.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high‑quality physical therapy services tailored to orthopedic and neurological populations.
• Focus on improving patient outcomes related to gait, balance, strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• Participate in community outreach, support groups, and wellness programs geared toward Parkinson’s education and empowerment.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License (or eligible to obtain).
• Strong interest or experience in treating neurologic conditions, especially Parkinson’s disease.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a clinician‑led, team‑oriented setting.
