Join The Therapy Place NJ as a licensed Speech Therapist. We are looking for an experienced professional to provide speech therapy services.

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care, and has excellent organizational skills.

• Meet with patients at the start of their speech journey, answering introductory questions.
• Make evaluations and create customized treatment plans, setting short and long term goals.
• Assist in implementing the treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the families and patients to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success.

• Active state license for practicing speech therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong charting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs, e.g., Microsoft Office.
