• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for OP/IOP adolescent program.
• Conduct substance use and mental health assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Identify and implement community‑based prevention education.
• Serve as a member of the treatment team for adolescents with substance use and co‑occurring disorders.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in the substance abuse field.
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Licensed CADC (LCADC) credential.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work under the supervision of an LCADC or CCS.

• Competitive salary range: $52,000 – $55,000 per year plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
