• Minimum of one year of current HHA experience in a homecare setting
• Valid NJ HHA License & BLS Certification
• Physical exam (within 1 year)
• PPD/Quanti
  
  FERON (within 1 year or chest x-ray within 5 years)
• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
• Driver’s license preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States
