Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides and CNAs to assist senior clients in East Bridgewater, Bridgewater, and West Bridgewater. Support includes transportation and companionship.

Shifts Available
  • Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Morning hours: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, or 11:00 am – 2:00 pm (examples)

Job Description
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
  • Assist with light housekeeping
  • Encourage walking and exercise
  • Provide stimulating conversation and activities
  • Encourage fluid intake; help with meal prep according to orders/Care Plan
  • Competently document shift activities frequently using a smartphone
  • Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team promptly
Requirements
  • Home Health Aide certification or CNA certification
  • 2+ years of experience using your certification
  • Kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
  • Experience working with dementia patients
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check
  • Current TB test, Quanti

    FERON Gold Test, or X‑ray
  • Effective spoken, read, and written English communication skills
  • Must own a cell phone
