Behavior Technician – Childcare and Babysitter Experience Welcome
Children Making Strides is looking for enthusiastic Behavioral Therapists to work with children with autism, aged 2-9, in both center and home-based settings. We seek both experienced ABA professionals and recent graduates.
Pay & BenefitsBase pay range
: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr. $500 sign-on bonus

We provide training to all new BT’s. Competitive compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities- Provide ABA therapy for children at their home or in our clinic and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
- Help kids build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.

- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
