Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician (LPC or LCSW) to provide onsite counseling and therapeutic support to K-12 students in a specialized educational setting. This role focuses on working with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral, emotional, learning, and psychiatric challenges while collaborating closely with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide individual and group therapy for students with behavioral, emotional, learning, and psychiatric disabilities.
• Support students dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns.
• Conduct crisis intervention and suicide prevention counseling.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment notes, and crisis reports.
• Partner with parents, teachers, psychologists, and support staff to develop student support plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide recommendations for therapeutic interventions.
• Help advocate for and educate stakeholders on student mental health needs.

• Active LPC or LCSW license.
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of behavioral health therapy experience.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and crisis-related cases.
• Experience documenting crisis reports and clinical records.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
