Responsibilities of HR Coordinator include:
- The HR Coordinator will assist with recruiting efforts
- Entering and maintaining employee information
- The HR Coordinator will handle onboarding
- The HR Coordinator will visit college campuses, career fairs
- Recruiting for blue collar type roles such as maintenance workers, operators, mechanics etc.
- Updating and maintaining job posting ads
- Pipeline generation of new candidates
- Applicant tracking system knowledge
Responsibilities

- Prior HR/talent acquisition experience needed
