HR & Operations Manager – Somerville, NJ (Hybrid after 6 months)

• Drive the full employee lifecycle — from hiring, onboarding, and training to terminations and exit processes
• Oversee business and health insurance administration and vendor relationships
• Address HR issues, coach leaders, and be the trusted go-to for employee relations
• Develop and implement SOPs and training to drive efficiency
• Partner closely with senior leadership to scale operations as we grow

• Solid experience in both HR and business operations
• Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with LEAP or Quick Books is a plus)
• Sharp organizational skills and a solutions-focused mindset
