Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead HR across four New England locations supporting 200-300 employees. This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering directly with the business, building relationships, and owning the full HR function.

You'll work closely with the local leadership team, serving as a trusted HR partner while helping build scalable processes to support continued growth and the integration of additional locations.

• Lead HR across four New England locations.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
• Own recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, training, and HR compliance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and employment practices.
• Develop and improve HR processes to support a growing multi-site organization.
• Help build a positive, engaged, and accountable workplace culture.

• Strong HR generalist experience with end-to-end HR ownership.
• Must have experience with payroll processing.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, and training.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and comfortably partner with leaders at all levels.
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience is a plus.
