We are seeking a Business Continuity Consultant with strong expertise in Platform Engineering, IT Operations, and experience working with PaaS/SaaS providers. This role will ensure resilience and continuity across critical systems and services, partnering with technology and business teams to design, implement, and maintain robust continuity strategies.

• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for enterprise platforms and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering and IT Operations teams to identify risks, dependencies, and recovery objectives.
• Assess and validate PaaS/SaaS provider capabilities, ensuring compliance with organizational continuity standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and readiness testing for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Lead incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post-event reviews to strengthen resilience.
• Provide guidance on automation, monitoring, and failover strategies for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies related to business continuity.

• 5+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or related IT resilience roles.
• Strong understanding of Platform Engineering principles and IT Operations frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and PaaS/SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 22301, or similar continuity standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
