Overview: Recordati Rare Diseases is seeking a Director of Integrated Insights to lead the insights strategy for its Endocrinology portfolio, including Isturisa and Signifor. This role will serve as the central hub for integrated insights across commercial, medical affairs, and patient services, driving clarity, alignment, and action across cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Insight Leadership:
  Identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the Endocrinology portfolio.

  Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services teams on foundational analytic questions.
• Strategic Business Partnering:
  Work daily with senior leadership to answer high‑priority business questions and anticipate future needs.
• Operational Analytics & Reporting:
  Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for sales force activity and field effectiveness.
• Advanced Insights / Analytics:
  Aggregate and analyze large, relational datasets to reveal actionable insights.
• Field Force Enablement:
  Serve as the central contact for field teams, supporting analytic requests and surfacing insights.
• Business Review Leadership:
  Lead QBRs and monthly performance updates, tracking KPIs.
• CRM Optimization & Field Engagement:
  Collaborate with CRM vendor and partner teams to enhance platform value.
• Sales Force Strategy & Deployment:
  Support commercial leadership in optimizing sales force structure and territory alignments.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in a relevant analytics or insights role, ideally within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology, supporting commercial, medical, and patient services functions.
• Experience in life‑sciences management consulting is highly valued.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI, and the ability to translate analyses into strategic insights.
• Experience with CRM platforms and developing field‑facing reports and dashboards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word for executive presentations.
• Strategic problem‑solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Project leadership and agility; ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Collaboration and relationship‑building skills across functions and levels.

Physical Demands: The role is largely sedentary but requires occasional standing, walking, use of hands, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Regular domestic and commercial flight travel may be required.

Location/Travel: New Jersey office, Bridgewater; hybrid role requiring presence 3 days per week; travel may be up to 20% of the time.

Disclosures:

• Annualized Pay Range (Base Pay): $167,000 - $250,000.
