What’s In Store For YouThis role offers the opportunity to work deeply within the Veeva ecosystem while partnering directly with business stakeholders and technical leaders. The position provides exposure to enterprise‑scale CRM and territory management systems in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, along with the chance to make tangible improvements to how commercial and medical teams operate. The hybrid model supports flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration through onsite engagement.
HowYou Will Make an Impact
- Translate business needs into technically sound Veeva CRM and Align solutions
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Veeva and Salesforce environments
- Manage sandboxes, snapshots, and org readiness activities
- Resolve production issues and support ongoing enhancements
- Partner with business users to refine requirements and validate solutions
- Support sprint reviews, demos, and UAT cycles
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Anticipate downstream impacts and guide stakeholders toward sustainable solutions
- 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM and Veeva Align
- Strong Salesforce configuration and administration experience
- Experience supporting pharma commercial or medical operations
- Ability to manage production issues and complex configurations
- Experience creating and validating user stories and functional documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
