Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Comparion Insurance Agency is hiring an Insurance Agent for our South Easton office.

• Typical starting salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
• First year total compensation (base + bonuses + commissions): $55,000 - $75,000
• Potential for top performers to earn over $100,000

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Maintain required training and licensing; work under in-office requirements.
• Achieve sales goals and meet performance metrics; manage time effectively.
• Participate in paid training and mentorship programs.

• Previous experience in a sales role with proven ability to convert prospects into customers.
• State insurance license in Property & Casualty & Life, or willingness to obtain one.
• Effective written and oral communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and learning skills.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage, underwriting guidelines, and lead generation.

• Uncapped pay with base salary, bonuses, and commission.

• Sales support—including commission for leads generated by others.
