Position OverviewThe Account Executive will manage a high‑volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business, growing client loyalty through advocacy, excellent service and professional communication.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage a high volume book of Commercial Lines P&C insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Build positive client relationships to grow loyalty and provide high advocacy and service.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, including marketing renewal business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Complete loss/claim analysis and summary reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; preferred.
- Minimum five years of Commercial Account Management or Commercial Underwriting experience; required.
- Property & Casualty license; required.
- CIC designation or equivalent; preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance; required.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software; preferred.
- Ability to work independently and interact with team members.
- Self‑motivated, driven, sense of urgency, meets deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication, active listening, problem‑solving with minimal assistance.
- Multitasking, prioritizing, independent work, discretion with sensitive information.
- Maintains a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
