Project Manager
Salary:
To $125K plus car allowance plus bonus

PurposeTake the lead in managing contracts and client relationships for assigned projects, ensuring excellence in planning, execution, quality, safety, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Safety- Champion a culture of safety by implementing protocols and conducting regular safety assessments.
- Lead accident prevention initiatives and investigations.
- Oversee projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules and contract details.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize resource allocation and eliminate delays.
- Author clear scopes of work for subcontractors and ensure timely procurement.
- Drive project success by pre‑planning activities and maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Analyze project costs and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure effective equipment utilization and maintenance.
- Guarantee timely invoicing and cash flow positivity for projects.
- Manage change orders and ensure client approvals for additional work.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring high standards and timely billing.
- Facilitate coordination meetings to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Be the face of the organization, fostering relationships with clients and the community.
- Serve as a trusted resource, addressing client needs and enhancing company reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field experience (preferred, not required).
- Experience in construction management or on construction sites.
- Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and project management software.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Procore is preferred.
