Construction / Restoration Operations Field Manager

High Ground, New Jersey – Full‑time, Senior – Remote/Bridgewater NB.

$85,000 – $110,000 per year (DOE).

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to deliver top‑tier performance.
• Supervise day‑to‑day project operations from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
• Participate in on‑site inspections, enforce proper construction methods.
• Develop and implement workflow processes that maximize efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Monitor job progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain customer expectations.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate resources.
• Perform performance evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain inventory control, equipment maintenance, and availability.
• Provide operational support during emergencies, after‑hours when needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Read and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Prior mitigation and restoration experience preferred.
• Hands‑on construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
