Coneco Engineers & Scientists, Inc. is an established engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. We provide professional engineering, environmental, surveying, and related consulting services to clients across a variety of industries.
As our company continues to grow, we are focused on strengthening our business development efforts, expanding our professional presence, and improving the internal processes that support our operations.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
to help coordinate these efforts while providing essential administrative and operational support.
The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will play an important role in supporting Coneco's marketing initiatives, business development activities, proposal preparation, and daily administrative operations.
Unlike traditional marketing positions focused primarily on digital advertising or social media, this role emphasizes professional business communications, targeted client outreach, relationship-based marketing, written materials, and organizational support.
Our primary marketing channels include email campaigns, physical mailings, industry news and reporting, our company website, Linked In, and word-of-mouth referrals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and detail-oriented work, communicates effectively, and takes pride in producing accurate, professional materials.
It is important to understand that this is a hands-on position with a significant administrative component. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable developing marketing content, proofreading documents, preparing mailings, organizing information, and assisting with routine business operations.
We welcome recent college graduates and entry-level applicants who demonstrate strong potential, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in the engineering or environmental consulting industry is not required.
