• Monitor patient health conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

$26 - $30 hourly
