You will work on how pulse proteins and hydrocolloids interact, using confocal microscopy and complementary techniques to connect microstructure with formulation properties.
Training is provided, and prior confocal experience is helpful but not required. You will prepare samples, collect data, analyze results, and present findings with the team.
