Shift Manager $18/hour to start – McDonald’s, Bridgewater, MA

As a Shift Manager, you will lead daily shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift.
• Plan and monitor shift activities, taking corrective action to meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness protocols.
• Manage crew schedules, training, and quality food production.
• Maintain safety and security protocols, and monitor profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth hand‑offs.
• Support department teams in meeting their goals.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: prior leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
