• Proactively identify and assist guests who may require support during their visit.

• Execute dishes accurately within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Prep fresh vegetables, proteins, and cheeses.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Engage with guests and educate them on our food, brand, and mission.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Cross-train on multiple stations and assist with training new team members.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision; ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment; comfortable near open flames.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas; work in tight spaces.
• Communicate effectively in a high-noise environment.

Pay or shift range: $15.49 - $16 per hour + tips

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on skill, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related factors.
