As the full‑time Merchandising Team Leader, you serve as the Store Team Leader’s “go‑to” for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy. Your responsibilities include coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring visual standards, executing replenishment, and maintaining guest‑ready environments.

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment to maintain AEO brand standards.
• Motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable to customer service standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching, touch‑bases, and reviews.
• Innovate operational procedures and support visual standards across the store.
• Uphold safety, asset protection, and company policies.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Strong multitasking, detail orientation, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and team development.
• Business acumen.

Base pay range: $21.45/yr – $33.55/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
