The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, our Assistant managers build upon their foundation and have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.

The starting rate for this position is $23.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
