The Manager, Sales leads multiple business areas and supports store sales, merchandising, and customer fulfillment. This role develops and motivates colleagues while delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving business priorities.
Responsibilities- Coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors and the use of selling technology.
- Lead relationship selling, client development, and customer outreach.
- Support store priorities and oversee merchandising execution, restocking, floor moves, and signing.
- Monitor fulfillment metrics and workflow to support timely order completion.
- Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, planning, and strategy execution skills.
- Ability to manage workflow and priorities in a changing retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
