Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Must be in New Jersey. Base pay plus commission. Commissions are paid weekly. This is an urgently hiring position for a full‑time senior sales representative.
Remote Sales – Dispatched from home:
All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators; no cold calling is required. The representative is dispatched from home and will go directly to the job site. You will only need to come into the office for scheduled meetings. This is a hot‑lead, one‑call close opportunity.

- Meet with homeowners for in‑home appointments (qualified leads are provided so no cold calling is needed)
- Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates
- Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
- Execute top‑notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager
- Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
- Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
- Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
- Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
- Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems
- Basic math
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
