Responsibilities:
  • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs.
  • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor.
  • Employ a research‑based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals.
  • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.
  • Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations.
  • Hire, develop, and help expand our field of advisors across the state.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales associate, identifying individual sales targets, and overseeing training programs to ensure their success.
  • Coach and counsel sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead‑generation programs to keep us growing.
  • Build and execute business plans to expand our sales volume and help create new sales goals.
  • Aid agents in presenting client solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
  • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements.
  • Develop a personalized, long‑term strategy and gain hands‑on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals.
  • Select, hire, and grow your financial professional team as an associate partner.
  • Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six‑month Associate Partner Training Program.
Qualifications:
  • Effective relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity.
  • Successfully network and prospect for new clients.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in insurance or investment sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department.
  • Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required.

Compensation:

$80,000 – $100,000 at plan
