Yves Saint Laurent Responsibilities

• Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory for Optical frames and Sunglasses – Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists (3
  
  Os).
• Build strong relationships with customers built on a long‑term partnership aimed at maximizing sell‑through.
• Build appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner, in accordance with the brand’s DNA.
• Build and maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers for visibility and trade marketing projects, and conduct in‑store training to maximize sales.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.

• Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among the 3
  
  Os.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Minimum five years of experience in Optical sales within the 3
  
  Os.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments.
• Available to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Residency in Houston Area.
