Are you a skilled HVAC professional who thrives in both technical service and customer sales? Copperhead LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused HVAC Technician who can sell, service, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate on-site quotes and close sales confidently
• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
• Educate customers on system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Maintain detailed records using our digital service platform
• Deliver 5-star service with professionalism and integrity
• Install new HVAC units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
• Install ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper operation
• Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing HVAC units
• Install replacement parts on existing HVAC units
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and order replacements
• Comply with company and industry safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (EPA Certification required)
• Experience in outside sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales ability or interest in growing into a sales/service hybrid role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to use power and hand tools
• Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices
• Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent mechanical skills

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to work on HVAC units
• Work in extreme cold or heat depending on the season
• Prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
