Responsibleforgeneralpropertymaintenanceacrossourportfolioofproperties.
Responsibilities and Duties- Maintainthecleanlinessandappearanceofoutdoorareas,including walkways,parking lots,andbuildingexteriors.
- Operatesnowremovalequipmenttocleardriveways,walkways,andparkinglotsduringwintermonths.
- Applysaltorotherde-icingagentsasneededtoensuresafety.
- Patchandrepairdrywalltomaintaintheappearanceandintegrityofinteriorspaces.
- Performpaintingtasks,includingsurfacepreparation,priming,andapplyingpaint.
- Performcarpentrytaskssuchasframing,installingdoorsandwindows,andbuildingorrepairingfurnitureandfixtures.
- Utilizevarioushandandpowertoolstocompleteprojectsefficientlyandsafely.
- Conductroutineinspectionsofbuildingsandfacilitiestoidentifyandaddressmaintenanceneeds.
- Performminorplumbing,andHVACrepairsasneeded.
- Ensureallmaintenancetasksarecompletedincompliancewithsafetyregulationsandstandards.
- Assistwithdemolitiontasks,includingthesaferemovalofwalls,flooring,andotherstructuresasneededforrenovationorconstructionprojects.
- Ensuredebrisisproperlydisposedofinaccordancewithenvironmentalregulations.
- Providelaborsupportforcommercialconstructionprojects,includingsitepreparation,material handling,and cleanup.
- Assistwiththeinstallationofbuildingsystemsandcomponentsasdirectedbyprojectsupervisors.
- Operateavarietyofhandandpowertools,including drills,forklifts,skidloadersandothertoolsasdirectedbymanagement.
- Cleanandprepareconstructionsitesasneeded,includingerectingscaffolding,removingandproperlydisposingofdebrisandwastematerials,anddiggingtrenches.
- Shovelmaterialstoandfromconstructionareas,includingasphaltanddirt.
- Followallsafetyproceduresonthejobsiteandreportviolationsimmediatelytomanagement.
- Maintainasafeandcleanjobsitebyhandlingmaterialsandstoringthemproperly,pickingupandremovingalltoolsandequipmentwhennotinuse,andsecuringthejobsiteonadailybasis.
- Loadandunloadconstructionsuppliesfromtrucksbothmanuallyandwiththeuseofequipment.
- Reportincidentsimmediatelytosafetydirector,foremanorHRinaccordancewithincidentreportingproceduresestablishedbythecompany.
- Traveloutoftowntoworkonremotejobsitesasdirectedbymanagement.
- Valid driver’slicense:
Abilitytotraveloutoftownduringtheweekoronweekends - Abilitytoliftandoperateheavyequipment
- Excellentproblemsolvingandcustomerserviceskills
