Club Softball Coach - U & U Teams

Zoned Sports Academy is seeking dedicated and experienced coaches to join our team and lead our 10U and 12U club softball teams to success. If you have a strong background in softball coaching, a commitment to player development, and the drive to inspire young athletes, we want to hear from you!

Club Softball Coach (10U and 12U Teams)

• Develop and implement effective training programs and practice plans tailored to the needs and skill levels of 10U and 12U softball players.
• Provide guidance, instruction, and feedback to players to help them improve their technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
• Attend team practices, games, tournaments, and other related events as scheduled.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with players, parents, and other coaches to ensure transparency and alignment regarding team goals, expectations, and schedules.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities, organize logistics, and promote the overall success of the softball program.

• Previous experience coaching softball, preferably at the youth or club level.
• Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with players of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
• Commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character development.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and fulfill any other requirements necessary for working with youth athletes.

• Experience playing softball at the collegiate level or beyond.
• Certification in coaching or relevant training programs.
• Familiarity with local softball leagues, organizations, and competitions.
