Customer Support Representative

Join a global food-ingredient manufacturer as the voice customers rely on for their orders. You will keep orders accurate and on time, resolve issues with a calm, empathetic approach, and partner with logistics and order coordination teams to keep customers informed.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email with a professional, empathetic approach
• Maintain accurate order data and serve as the expert on the order processing flow
• Calculate order, delivery time, and freight figures as needed
• Identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and take corrective action while updating all parties on status
• Serve as the liaison between external customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required

• 2-6 years of customer service / support experience
• Experience using CRM platforms and comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to stay calm and professional when customers are frustrated

Preferred

• SAP, Salesforce, and EDI experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience

• 6-month contract with a global industry leader
• Hybrid role in Bridgewater, NJ working closely with logistics and order coordination teams
