About This RoleAs a Business Development Degree Apprentice, you’ll support Indevor Group’s growth and strategic initiatives while working towards your degree. You’ll combine academic study with hands‑on experience across commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of business development.
What You’ll Do- Client Portfolio Management – oversee a portfolio of social housing clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Client Relationship Building – build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and represent Indevor Group at networking events, award evenings, and exhibitions.
- Business Development – proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with existing and prospective clients and collaborating with business leaders.
- Marketing and Outreach – support marketing activities, contribute to campaign development, and participate in industry discussions to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Confident, personable, and able to build strong client relationships.
- Self‑motivated with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Organised and eager to learn.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Ambitious and goal‑driven with determination to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can think critically and contribute new ideas.

£15,311.40–£16,000.00 per year. Additional pay includes bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus.
