Project Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our construction consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a growing business delivering high-quality services across a diverse project portfolio.

Location:

Based in Bridgnorth, with site visits as required.

Start date:

Immediate.
Experience required:
Minimum 5 years in a relevant role.

Qualifications:

HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and cost plans
• Producing bills of quantities and tender documentation
• Managing project costs throughout the lifecycle
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Attending site visits to support delivery teams

• Proven experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
