Higher level teaching assistant - Bridgnorth

We are seeking a motivated and skilled higher level teaching assistant to join a friendly, inclusive primary school in Bridgnorth.

The successful higher level teaching assistant will support teaching and learning across the school and confidently lead whole-class lessons in a supportive Bridgnorth setting.

• Cover classes and deliver planned learning as a higher level teaching assistant
• Support teachers with planning and assessment across the Bridgnorth school
• Provide targeted small-group and 1:1 support as a higher level teaching assistant
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for pupils in Bridgnorth

• HLTA status (or working towards it)
• Previous experience working in a primary school in Bridgnorth
• Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
