The Harp sits right at the heart of Bridgnorth's busy high street, perfectly placed to attract both loyal locals and the constant flow of tourists visiting this vibrant market town. With its open‑plan layout, welcoming atmosphere and a hidden secret garden, it's a pub full of character and charm.

Weekly sales sit at 4,500 (100% wet), with strong footfall from the town's thriving tourist scene and lively weekend trade. There's real potential to grow the offer further, from developing a simple food menu using the existing kitchen space to standout events, live entertainment and making the most of Bridgnorth's buzzing calendar. The Harp's Friday karaoke already has local legend status!

We're looking for an operator with seasonal experience, high standards and a passion for great hospitality, someone ready to put The Harp at the centre of the community and unlock its full potential by making the most of town events such as market days, local council events and organising events.

• 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
• Keep 100% of the food sales.
• Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (

• Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
