Were looking for a confident, people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Trade Counter team in our Bridgenorth Office. Already a sucessful branch, we are looking for somone with the confidence to support the team to get them to the next level. What youll do:
Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team at our busy trade counter. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from customer service to inventory management. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Drive performance and continuous improvement, with a focus on service excellence. Champion a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace. What were looking for: A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills.

Experience in trade counter, retail, or customer-facing environments. Comfortable using IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) training provided. A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great service. Someone who values teamwork, integrity, personal development and who is committed to a "hands on" role. Preferance will be given to those who have previously worked in a Trade Counter Enviroment with a proven track record in people management Why join dormakaba?
