• Production of products to specification
• General metalworking shop duties
• Production process reviews and recommendations
• Operation sheet reviews and amendments
• Maintenance and equipment care
• Shop floor maintenance, including maintenance of machines, tools and equipment
• Downtime and diary submissions
• Adherence to current Health and Safety guidelines
• Working to ISO 9001 standards

• A proven track record and competence of press and machine operation and general mechanical assembly
• Power press setup and operation
• Press brake machine setup and operation
• Fly press setup and operation
• Milling machine, lathe and surface grinding work
• Assembly competency

• Silver soldering
• Spot welding
• Shot blasting

• Mostly 1mm to 2mm (range 0.5mm to 4mm)
• CR4 mild steel (range 0.5mm to 4mm)
• Also brass, stainless steel & aluminium
