Grainger & Worrall in Bridgnorth is seeking Machine Shop Operatives to join our hands-on production team. Your role will involve operating machinery and helping produce high‑quality machined components for automotive, aerospace and other industries.
No prior experience is required—just an interest in manufacturing and a willingness to learn. The role offers a stable 37.5‑hour week (mon–fri 06:00–14:00) with 25 days holiday and a company pension.
