We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Trade Counter team in our Bridgnorth office. Whether you’re already in a leadership role or ready to take the next step, we will support your growth with training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment. Already a successful branch, we are looking for someone with the confidence to support the team to get them to the next level.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team at our busy trade counter.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, from customer service to inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Drive performance and continuous improvement, with a focus on service excellence.
- Champion a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
- A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in trade counter, retail, or customer‑facing environments.
- Comfortable using IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) training provided.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great service.
- Someone who values teamwork, integrity, personal development and who is committed to a "hands on" role.
- Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in a Trade Counter Environment with a proven track record in people management.
