BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT We’re recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to provide essential administrative and coordination support within a busy corporate team. Working across diaries, meetings, travel and events, you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting colleagues during peak periods. BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT ROLE:
Managing complex diary scheduling, calendar coordination and meeting arrangements across multiple time zones Coordinating travel, accommodation, visas and itinerary changes to support business requirements Organising internal and external events, including town halls, industry conferences, team offsites and stakeholder meetings Providing proactive administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the underwriting function Managing purchase orders, vendor set-up, invoice processing and expense administration in line with compliance requirements Collaborating with internal teams, external partners and the wider EA community to deliver a high-quality support service Preparing, formatting and proofreading business documents, presentations and team communications Maintaining databases, trackers and operational records while supporting process improvements and team efficiency initiatives BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Managing complex diaries, schedules and competing priorities with accuracy, flexibility and attention to detail Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including Concur bookings, visas and itinerary management Planning and delivering events, managing logistics, suppliers, budgets and stakeholder expectations from initiation through to execution Communicating professionally with colleagues, senior stakeholders and external contacts, building effective working relationships Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement Maintaining organisation and composure in fast-paced environments, proactively resolving issues and adapting to changing priorities Utilising Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot, while working confidently across digital systems and workflows If you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
