Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bridgwater to join a leading specialist contractor. This role involves managing complex fit-out packages on a major infrastructure scheme, valued at approximately £25m. The ideal candidate should possess practical construction knowledge and should be confident managing technically challenging packages in a live construction environment.
The successful candidate will work with an established team and will oversee subcontractor management, contract administration, and commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
