Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Building & Residential Construction

Location: Chilton Trinity

RICS qualified with a minimum 5 years proven building surveying experience 6 Month contract min for a seasoned PM Minimum 5 years direct, end to end major works project delivery experience Direct experience of delivering resident occupied High Rise Building projects Strong working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and its gateways A strong understanding of the Building Regulator Principal Designer (BRPD) role Strong JCT contract management experience Experience in a local authority setting is desirable but not essential if very experienced.

Candidates must have demonstrable client-side Project Management and/or Building Surveying experience, particularly those with the ability to identify building defects and critically review specifications and drawings. Candidates must be able to assess whether a contractor / contractor supply chain or our own consultants have done or carried out works correctly, or at least have sufficient knowledge to identify potential issues, raise/escalate concerns where necessary, and understand when further specialist inspection or verification is required.
