This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor on a large project working in the Somerset area. This is a Energy/Civils related project.
My client will also consider a Senior Quantity Surveyor for this role. Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to enjoy the existing commercial team. this. This role falls inside IR35. This company see their employees as their most important resource and encourage full involvement to develop their abilities for the benefit of the individual and company.
- £480-550 per day based on experience. My client will also consider a SQS again negotiable depending on experience
- Inside IR35
- Forecasting
- Control budgets, maximising revenue and margin
- Managing sub contractors
- Working with the NEC contract
- Client Liaison
- Costing
- Experience working on large civil engineering projects
- NEC experience
- This does require some site visits as and when required
