We've proudly partnered with this client since 2020, supplying high-quality staff across their operation. We have a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a confident and motivated Parts Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team. Our client specialises in the distribution of automotive parts to customers across the UK and is looking for someone with strong customer service and call handling experience to support their growing operation.

Working hours:

Your role as a Parts Advisor Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls Assisting customers with product enquiries and orders Updating customers on current offers and promotions Processing orders accurately and efficiently Supporting the wider sales and administration team Meeting targets and deadlines set by management Must have experince using Kerridge (ADP OR KEYLOOP The ideal Parts Advisor will have:
