Strength & Conditioning Coach

The post holder will be joining an AoC Beacon award winning & TES Nominee provision and the College’s Sports, Outdoor Education and Public Services Department is outstandingly successful. It prides itself on its emphasis on constantly improving and developing teaching techniques and strategies. You would be working in an environment where you will be encouraged to devote time to innovative teaching approaches which will stimulate the learners and ensure that the provision continues to be bigger, better and different.

Salary £23.79 - £25.29 per class contact hour

The person appointed to the post will be expected to play a proactive role in growing the strength and conditioning programme at UCS College Group, primarily within the Team UCS CG sporting programme. The successful candidate will work with male and female athletes of a range of abilities to provide high quality planning, coaching and delivery. The post holder will, in collaboration with the Rugby Development Manager and other relevant stakeholders, have responsibility for the design and implementation of an all-encompassing college S&C development programme which supports student athletes to achieve sporting success alongside their academic studies.
