Assistant Head of Year 10

The Assistant Head of Year 10 plays a key pastoral and student support role within the school, working closely with students, families, teaching staff, and the wider team to promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, attendance, and academic progress. The post holder helps remove barriers to learning and supports students in achieving their full potential through targeted interventions, mentoring, and effective pastoral care.
