Gas and Oil Heating Engineer – Unika – Bridgwater, England

Competitive base salary of up to £40,164 per annum, plus performance bonuses and on-call payments.

• Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of domestic heating systems
• Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
• Complete all relevant paperwork
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
• Participate in out‑of‑hour works, including overtime and call‑out
• Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
• Report all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
• Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
• Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers

• Recognised oil qualifications (Desirable) and proven experience with oil heating systems
• ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• G3 unvented cylinder qualifications
• LPG gas qualifications (Desirable)
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• A full UK driving licence
• Ability to undertake out‑of‑hours works

• Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
• Strong knowledge of health & safety practices
• Ability to manage your time and workload independently
