• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across the team.
• Manage the Quality Assurance processes.
• Oversee internal and external audits – working closely with the assigned consultant.
• Manage all customer complaints and non‑conformances.
• Responsible for monitoring internal quality KPI's.
• Perform and manage inspection, calibration and FAIR activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• Previous experience working within the quality department for a manufacturing company.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100.
• Experience working with automotive and aerospace customers.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to manage quality systems.
